Push / Pull / Legs / Core
The original Crew Lift rotation, with all twelve progression phases.
Pick one of five training plans or build your own, then let Crew Lift advance it on completed workouts instead of calendar weeks. Miss a Tuesday, take a rest day, train on your own time — the plan waits for you and never blocks your friends.
Whether your plan holds three workouts or twelve, they can be done in whatever order the week allows. Once the crew has completed all of them the cycle advances, the next prescription is waiting, and nothing resets on Monday.
Shown: the four-workout Push / Pull / Legs / Core plan. Four workouts, five rest days, nine calendar days. The cycle advanced when the work was done — not when the week ended. Rest is recorded as useful training context, never as a missed workout or a penalty.
Legs before Pull because the rack was free. The cycle only cares that every workout in your plan got done.
Three days off in a row changes nothing. There are no streaks to protect and no guilt to manage.
Someone travelling for two weeks doesn't hold the crew back. They rejoin at the current cycle, and make-up workouts never advance the shared count.
Five starter plans ship with the app, from three-workout fundamentals to a five-workout muscle builder you can run at home. Any of them can be edited, or you can build a plan from scratch — the rolling cycle works the same way either way.
The original Crew Lift rotation, with all twelve progression phases.
Three repeatable full-body workouts build skill and consistency without overwhelming you.
Two focused strength workouts and two lighter practice workouts built around the major lifts.
Five focused workouts train each major muscle group. Add reps first, then make a small load increase.
Three portable workouts use bodyweight, bands and one pair of dumbbells, with no machines required.
Start from a blank plan. Name every workout, add your own exercises, and set targets for each of the twelve progression phases.
The active workout is built for a phone on a bench in a basement gym. Every set is saved to the device before anything animates or touches the network, so a dead connection or a force-quit never costs you a workout.
A shared plan, live rooms when you're together, honest progress when you're apart, and body metrics that stay yours.
Start a room and the crew follows the same session as it happens. The captain controls the queue, everyone gets a push when it opens, and finished workouts close their room automatically.
Body weight and body fat are private by default. If you choose, share only your latest value with your crew — per category, and reversible any time. Workout notes are never shared.
Estimated one-rep max per lift, work-set totals and personal records — from your own logged sets, not a formula that guesses.
The program is versioned. Edits create a new revision for future workouts; sessions already started keep the exact prescription you trained under. Roll back any time.
Native SwiftUI, iOS 18 and later. Nothing web-wrapped.
One organiser's subscription covers up to six people. Nobody else in the crew pays anything.
No account required to start training.
Billed monthly through the App Store. Cancel any time.
Billed yearly through the App Store — about two months free versus monthly.
One organiser subscribes. Everyone else just joins.
Every new crew gets a 30-day preview, no card required. Create a crew and shared features are open for 30 days. This preview is run by Crew Lift on its own servers — it is not an App Store introductory offer, and Apple is not billing you during it. When it ends, the organiser can subscribe. If nobody does, solo tracking stays free, your history stays readable and exportable, and any workout already started can still be finished. Only new shared crew actions pause.
Answers describe how the app behaves today, not what's planned. If yours isn't here, email us and a person will reply.

No. It's a preview Crew Lift runs on its own servers when you create a crew. There's no card and Apple isn't charging you. A subscription only begins if the organiser chooses to buy one afterwards.
Solo tracking stays free, your full history stays readable and exportable, and any workout you've already started can be finished. Only new shared crew actions are paused.
No. Crew Lift ships five starter plans and you can also start from a blank one. A custom plan can hold up to twelve workouts per cycle, each with its own name, exercises and set targets across all twelve progression phases. Whatever you build, the cycle still advances on completed workouts rather than calendar days.
Yes. When you create a crew you pick the cycle you're actually on — Cycle 1 or Cycle 8, it's your data. Everyone who joins later inherits the crew's current cycle, program revision and completed slots.
Yes. The active workout is fully offline and recovers if the app is killed mid-session. Everything syncs once you're back on a network.
Not unless you say so. Body weight and body fat are private by default. You can separately choose to share only your latest value for either one, and switch back to private at any time. Workout notes and your Health permissions are never shared.
No. Crew Lift is a native iPhone app and requires iOS 18 or later.
Cancel from Settings → Crew Plan in the app, or in your Apple Account subscription settings. Settings → Your Data has a full export and account deletion. Deleting your Crew Lift account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel with Apple first.
Crew Lift is now available on the App Store. Five plans, private crews of two to six, and a cycle that waits for you.
